Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to address identified needs.
Collaborate with various departments to customize training solutions.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career development.
Requirements:
5-8 years of proven experience in Learning and Development.
Strong background in engineering or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
Proficient in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CTC: upto 8LPA
